SUBJECT: Coco's Bakery Restaurant 3446 East Coast Highway SUMMARY: Request to permit a.remodel and expansion of the interior dining area for a full- service restaurant. Also, included in the request are the following: • The addition of outdoor dining area. • An off -site parking agreement • A waiver of the requirement to combine the commercial properties. SUBJECT: Balboa Peninsula Sign Regulations (Discussion Item) SUMMARY: Proposed sign regulations for commercial properties on the Balboa Peninsula and a resolution of intent to amend the Zoning Code to implement the new sign regulations.
