Re: Budget Amendment
Please direct staff to deposit the attached check in the amount of $37,255.00 into
revenue account 4010 -5901. The funds have been received from the Newport Beach
Public Library Foundation as an advance for speakers to partially meet the budget
requirements for the 2001 Distinguished Speaker Lecture Series.
Please direct staff to transfer from liability account 800 -2248 the amount of
$12,745.60 previously received from the Newport Beach Public Library Foundation,
funds which were held over from the 2000 Distinguished Speaker Lecture Series.
Please appropriate these funds to the library as follows:
