3. DISCUSSION OF PROPOSED MEASURE S GUIDELINES AND (4:30 P.M.)
REPORT FROM THE CITY ATTORNEY.
Action: If desired, direct staff to agendize the proposed guidelines,
as modified consistent with Council direction, for considera-
tion and possible approval on January 23, 2001.
4. DISCUSSION OF PAST AND PRESENT NEGOTIATION OF (5:15 P.M.)
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS.
Action: Receive and file.
