CURRENT BUSINESS
1. CLARIFICATION OF ITEMS ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR. (3:00 P.M.)
2. REQUEST FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP). (3:15 P.M.)
Action: Provide input on any specific CIP projects the City Council
would like considered in the FY 2001/02 budget
preparation process.
3. DISCUSSION OF PROPOSED MEASURE S GUIDELINES AND (3:15 P.M.)
REPORT FROM THE CITY ATTORNEY (contd. from 1/9/01).
Action: Straw vote the issues identified in the matrix and direct
staff to prepare guidelines for Council review /approval on
February 13, 2001.
4. SAN JOAQUIN RESERVOIR (SJR) CONVERSION AND TRAFFIC OF (4:45 P.M.)
OWNERSHIP.
Action: Direct staff to negotiate an agreement with IRWD
regarding SJR improvements and operating protocols that
will protect the interests of adjacent residential
communities and submit the agreement to the City Council
for review and approval in conjunction with the transfer of
ownership.
