Action: Receive oral report.

3. PROPOSED HARBOR AND BAY ELEMENT. (4:30 P.M.)
Action: Provide direction to staff to either proceed with public hearings
on the proposed Element or incorporate into the General Plan
Update process.

considered to be within the subject matter jurisdiction of the
Council —Speakers must limit comments to 3- minutes).
