1. CLARIFICATION OF ITEMS ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR. (4:00 P.M.)
2. THE CENTERLINE REVISED DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL (4:15 P.M.)
IMPACT REPORT.
Action: Discussion on the Revised Draft Environmental Impact
Report (RDEIR) for the Centerline Rail transit project.
3. DISCUSSION OF PROPOSED MEASURE S GUIDELINES AND (4:35 P.M.)
REPORT FROM THE CITY ATTORNEY (contd. from 1/9/01 and
1/23/01).
Action: If desired, take straw votes on issues in the City Attorney's
report and other appropriate topics and direct staff to
prepare guidelines consistent with the straw votes to be
submitted to the City Council for consideration on
February 27, 2001.
