Please appropriate unanticipated revenue funds from the respective revenue accounts
to expenditure account 4330 -8080.

BACKGROUND
These funds represent revenue derived from fee -based classes — instruction
recreation (4330- 5150); tennis (4330- 5152); and surfing (4330- 5158). This revenue
exceeds the anticipated revenue for these classes.
Higher than expected enrollment in these programs has resulted in both increased
revenue and increased expenses for class instructors and program supplies. The
amount transferred represents 70% of the revenue for these programs, the costs paid
to the instructors to conduct these programs, and thus, increased expenditures in
account 4330 -8080.
