DISCUSSION: On October 14, 1991, the City Council adopted Resolution 91 -100, which established the above parking restrictions on the north side of Bay Avenue between Palm Street and Adams Street. The restrictions were enacted to address the busy weekend conditions in the area, allowing traffic easier access to the multi -story parking garage. Currently, there is no longer a need for the on- street parking restrictions on this segment of Bay Avenue. By deleting the No Parking/Tow Away Zone, local businesses will also benefit from additional on- street parking on Friday and Saturday evenings. spe ully submitted, PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT Stephen G.
