BACKGROUND: Mayor Ridgeway has asked that City staff provide a brief update (verbal
and via a videotape) to the City Council regarding:
A Water Quality Educational Video presented by the City of Dana
Point,
The Orange County Coastal Coalition's Water Quality Education
Symposium (held March 21, 2002 in the Newport Beach Central
Library).
Staff would try to give you more written background about this Agenda
Item and in a much smaller font, but "staff' has been asked not to do so.
