SUBJECT: Brown Duplex (PA2001 -173) 405 Dahlia Avenue (Continued from March 21 and April 4, 2002) SUMMARY: Substantial conformance review related to reorientation of the garages. ACTION: Determine that the revised site plan and floor plans are in substantial conformance with the previously approved project. ITEM NO. 2. SUBJECT: Hyatt Newporter 1107 Jamboree Road SUMMARY: A request to permanently include the Summer Jazz Series as an annually recurring event, ancillary to the normal operations of the existing resort hotel facility. ACTION: Approve: a Use Permit No. 2001- 031(PA2001 -180) ITEM NO. 3. SUBJECT: Newport Harbor Shipyard 2411 E. Coast Highway #250 SUMMARY: Request for a Use Permit to allow construction of a paint spray booth that exceeds the maximum height limit within the 26/35 Height Limitation Zone. The paint spray booth replaces an existing paint booth. ACTION: Continue the public hearing on Use Permit UP2001 -030 (PA2001- 158) to the meeting of May 9, 2002.
