1. CLARIFICATION OF ITEMS ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR.
2. TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITY SITING ISSUES.
Action: Discuss and offer any direction to City staff and/or to the
Telecom Committee regarding two proposed ordinances,
resolution, and a Council Policy.
3. ANALYSIS OF POLICE OPERATIONS – JULY 4, 2002.
Action: Review the contents of the staff report and a short
videotape recapping the day's events, and provide staff
direction on those areas of focus (if any) Council would
like brought back for possible implementation prior to
July 4, 2003.
