As discussed at the March 13 City Traffic Affairs Committee (TAC) meeting, there are a few improvements that the Jasmine Park Homeowners Association will need to complete before the City can approve the request for California Vehicle Code (CVC) enforcement. The required improvements are marked on the enclosed plan. They include the following: 1) Installation of "No Parking Any Time" signs at the locations on Hibiscus Court as indicated on the plan. See the attached sign specification. 2) Install the STOP sign, 12 inch STOP bar and pavement legend at the Marguerite Avenue intersection as shown on the plan. 3) Remove the "Speed Limit 10 MPH Children at Play" sign at the entrance gate. 4) The existing green and white "Parallel Parking Only" signs at the end of Gardenia Way and Hibiscus Court can remain. With the completed improvements, and a letter from the Association, the Public Works Department will forward the request for CVC enforcement to the City Council.
