CS -1 DECISION WHETHER TO INITIATE LITIGATION
The City Council did not make any decision to initiate
litigation.
CS -2 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR -
MEET & CONFER
The City Council met with, and gave direction to, its real property
negotiators with respect to the property at 1971 Mesa Drive and
20401 Acacia Street, Newport Beach.
CS -3 EVALUATION OF A PUBLIC EMPLOYEE
The City Council conducted an evaluation of the City Manager.
