Dear Steve:
Please review this Change Order Request in the amount of $65,005 to provide emergency
labor, materials and equipment to protect the project site and maintain our existing BMP's
from the inclement weather during the months of December 2010 and January 201 L
Additionally, this proposal includes the measures needed to repair the damage to the project
site after the inclement weather had passed.
