SUBJECT: Budget Amendment to accept a check from the Newport Beach Arts
Foundation and appropriate funds for Shakespeare by the Sea
Productions, 2004.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve a Budget Amendment in the amount of $4,000.
DISCUSSION:
A check from the Newport Beach Arts Foundation in the amount of $4,000 to support
Shakespeare by the Sea performances at Grant Howald Park, August 7 and 8, 2004.
When appropriated the funds will be used as follows:
4002 -8200 Special Department Supplies
Contracted services with Shakespeare by the Sea for two summer
performances at Grant Howald Park; " Richard III' and "Two Gentlemen of
Verona" on August 7 and 8, 2004.
