SUBJECT: Telecommunications Facility Permit No. 2003 -003 (PA2003 -255)
The applicant has submitted a request to continue this item to the City Council meeting
of July 27, 2004. A copy of their letter is attached. They are currently exploring
alternative design options for a wireless telecom facility to be located at the city -owned
parking lot on northeast corner of Superior Avenue and West Coast Highway.

We respectfully request a continuance for Telecommunications Permit TP 2003 -003 from the
City Council meeting in June. We would like to have the opportunity to present our project on
the last City Council meeting in July. CW and SBA would like additional time to address the
concerns presented at the initial City Council meeting.
