The Agreement calls for performance evaluations on at least an annual basis. The last evaluation was performed in November of 2002. On January 25, 2005, Mayor Bromberg appointed a subcommittee of Council, consisting of Council Members Heffernan, Rosansky and Daigle, to meet with the City Clerk to conduct her performance evaluation. The committee met with the City Clerk on February 16, 2005 to review her accomplishments, as well as goals for the upcoming year. Based on a successful performance evaluation, the subcommittee recommends approval of an increase to the base salary of the City Clerk by two percent (2 %) retroactive to the pay period beginning March 7, 2005. This increase is in addition to the contractual agreement that provides that her base salary be adjusted as of the first pay period in July to reflect the change in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the preceding twelve month period for which statistics were published. Environmental Review: Not applicable.
