SUBJECT: Appointment of Chairman for the Ad Hoc Committee for Revisions to the
Zoning Code
RECOMMENDATION:
If desired, appoint Planning Commissioner Barry Eaton as Chairman of the Ad Hoc
Committee for Revisions to the Zoning Code.
DISCUSSION:
The Ad Hoc Committee for Revisions to the Zoning Code was formed with the adoption of
Resolution No. 2005 -11 on February 22, 2005. The Mayor made appointments to the
Committee on Aril 12, 2005, but did not appoint the chairman. The Mayor has now identified
his choice for chairman, Planning Commissioner Barry Eaton.
