CONSENT CALENDAR
S28. RESOLUTION NO. 2005 -_ AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO A
NEWPORT BAY COPPER (Cu) STUDY WITH THE STATE WATER RESOURCES
CONTROL BOARD. 1) Adopt Resolution No. 2005 authorizing the City Manager
to enter into a $75,000 copper study with the State Water Resources Control Board; and
2) approve a budget amendment (05BA -059) accepting $75,000 from the State Board and
appropriate funds for this study.
