D. PUBLIC HEARING
1. ST. ANDREWS PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH EXPANSION (PA2002 -265) -
GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT, ZONE CHANGE & USE PERMIT - 600 ST.
ANDREWS ROAD, CLIFF HAVENINEWPORT HEIGHTS AREA.
Action: Conduct a public hearing in accordance with the protocol approved on
July 26, 2005 and take the following actions if deemed appropriate:
1) Adopt Resolution No. 2005 -_ certifying the Environmental
Impact Report and adopting a Mitigation Monitoring Program
regarding the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church expansion
project (State Clearinghouse No. 2003081065) (Exhibit No. 2);
2) Introduce Ordinance No. 2005 -, approving Code
Amendment No. 2003 -002 rezoning the St. Andrew's
Presbyterian Church site (Exhibit No. 3); and
3) Adopt Resolution No. 2005 -_ approving General Plan
Amendment No. 2003 -001 and Use Permit No. 2002 -056 for
the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church expansion project
(Exhibit No. 4).
E. PUBLIC COMMENTS Public Comments are invited on non - agenda items generally
considered to be within the subject matter jurisdiction of the
Council -- Speakers must limit comments to 3- minutes. Before
speaking, please state your name for the record.
F. MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION A motion to reconsider the tote on any action
taken by the City Council at either this meeting
or the previous meeting may be made only by
one of the Council members who voted with the
prevailing side.
G. ADJOURNMENT - Adjourn to Tuesday, August 16,2005- 7:00 p.m.
