Project Location: 600 St. Andrews Road, Newport Beach, County of Orange
Project Description: General Plan Amendment to increase the maximum allowable gross
floor area that can be developed at the project site by 15,000 square feet; change the Zoning district
from R -1 & R -2 to GET (Government, Educational and Institutional Facilities); and a Use Permit
to allow the demolition and replacement of 2 church buildings and the construction of a youth
and family center with a gymnasium.
This is to advise that the City of Newport Beach has approved the above described project on August 12. 2005
and has made the following determinations regarding the above described project:
