What's Next?
Design & Permitting
- Y is still the lead until building completion. With conceptual
designs approved, we will enter Design Development phase
- CEQA and Permitting
• CEQA determination A CEQA document
• Zoning determination, Traffic study
• AIC from City, Coastal Development Permit from Coastal
Commission
Completion of Agreements with Y
- Operating Agreement for Facility (term, joint use issues,
programs and services provided, and how to allocate revenues)
- Purchase and Sale Agreement
Funding
- Prior to award of construction bid, City will need to either take
over administration of the RDA or ask the Board of
supervisors to amend current $115 MN agreement.
