SUBJECT: Approval of Donor Agreement to include Naming Rights for Newport Center
Park and Funding Park Construction Shortfall
ISSUE
Staff requests that this item be continued due to the donor's holiday travel schedule. Several key
points remain to be worked out and staff will continue to negotiate with the potential donor and will
bring item back at a future meeting.
RECOMMENDATION
Continue to a future meeting.
