Action: 1) Review the draft General Plan goals and
policies related to the optional Arts and
Cultural Resources and Historic Resources
Element;
2) Give staff direction on whether to include
these elements in the updated General Plan;
and
3) If the elements are to be included, give staff
direction on the goal and policy language.
