Subject: COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE
COUNTY OF ORANGE REGARDING
ISSUES WITHIN OR ADJACENT TO
THE CITY'S SPHERE OF INFLUENCE
( "SPHERE ISSUES ").
Due to the need to have further discussions regarding
certain Spheres agreement language, this item will be
withdrawn from the agenda by the City Manager.
Council may be asked to have a special Council meeting
in September to hear this issue, once agreement language
has been finalized by the respective staffs.
