SUBJECT: Appointment of Kevin Kelly to Environmental Quality Affairs
Committee
RECOMMENDATION:
Confirm Council Member Rosansky's appointment of Kevin Kelly to the Environmental
Quality Affairs Committee (EQAC).
DISCUSSION:
There is a vacancy in the District 2 seat on EQAC, and Council Member Rosansky
wishes to appoint Kevin Kelly. Mr. Kelly has a degree in Geography and Environmental
Studies, has worked as a planner, and currently owns a custom home building company
in Newport Beach. He is also a member of the Green Building Council. His application
is attached.
