SUBJECT: Cost Recovery Ordinance— Chapter 3.36
Fee Resolution & Master Fee Schedule
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff respectfully recommends deferring the introduction of the Cost Recovery
Ordinance and adoption of the resolution establishing the Master Fee Schedule until the
June 10, 2008 Council Meeting.
DISCUSSION:
Backqround:
On May 13, 2008, the City Council directed staff to prepare and present together the
Cost of Services Ordinance revisions and the resolution updating the Master Fee
Schedule. Staff desires additional time in order to prepare the requested information.
Environmental Review:
Not applicable.
Public Notice:
In addition to the public notice posted with the agenda, the public notice requirements
imposed by Government Code Section 66000 et.seq. for planning fees were published
in the Daily Pilot on May 17, 2008. The public notice will be republished for the June
10, 2008 Council Meeting.
