3. Review status of priorities set in January 2009 (Dave Kiff)
4. What to expect in 2010 (all)
a. Economy, budget, and sustaining the city's fiscal condition (Mayor Curry, Dave
Kiff)
b. Organizational changes after initial restructuring (4 selected depts)
c. Key performance measurements we will watch (4 selected depts)
5. Determine priorities for 2010 (Mayor Curry, Council)
6. Wrap up
NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach has been scheduled for Saturday, January 9, 2010, at 8:00 am. for the purpose
of holding a Special Meeting. The meeting will be held at the Newport Coast Community
Center, 6401 San Joaquin Hills Road, Newport Beach, California.
