513. CENTRAL BALBOA WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS - AWARD OF
CONTRACT NO. 4067. a) Approve the project drawings and specifications; b) award
Contract No. 4067 to Paulus Engineering, Inc. for the Total Bid Price of $1,494,784, and
authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the contract; and c) establish an
amount of $150,000 to cover the cost of unforeseen work.
