The membership of the BIA /OC is grateful to have had the opportunity to work with city officials over the last few months in preparing for this code adoption process. It is the opinion of our membership that the proposed local amendments of the 2010/11 California Building Code are in the best interest of the health and safety of the residents of Newport Beach. The BIA/OC supports the adoption of the proposed code package.
