The existing General Plan, Coastal Land Use Plan and Zoning Designations of a small portion of the site (584 square feet) would be changed to be consistent with the larger portion of the site (from two - family rest- . dential to multi - family residential). All other enviran mental effects evaluated in the DEIR were deter mined to be less than significant or have no impact. The DEIR has been prepared in accor- dance with the Califon nia Environmental Qual. ity Act of'1970 (CEQA). as amended (Public Re- sources Code Section 21000 at sect.), and the State CEQA Guidelines for Irriplementaydion of CEQA (California Code of Regulations. Title 14, Section 15000 et seg.). All interested parties may appear and present testimony in regard to this application.
