Potential initiation of litigation against Red Bluff, LLC, for imposition of a receiver in
order to bring its property at the corner of Dover and PCH into compliance with City
regulations and to abate nuisances.
D. Conference with Real Property Negotiator (Government Code § 54956.8);
Property: Jamboree Road Widening Right of Way at and around SR 73 Overcrossing.

S28. PROPOSED CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT GUIDELINES
AMENDMENT RELATED TO GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS. a) Review the
comments from the Task Force on Green Development; and b) authorize the Mayor to
send a letter submitting City comments to the California Natural Resources Agency
regarding the proposed amendment to the CEQA Guidelines.
