Subject: Meeting Minutes and Request for Correction — Testimony and evidence submitted re. Fire rings
I have reviewed the minutes of the meeting, including the summaries of public testimony in connection with
the Fire Rings. Specifically, the summary of my testimony was incomplete and inaccurate.
The summary should be corrected to accurately reflect my testimony as follows:
1. 1 submitted a Petition regarding Fire rings WITH 53 PAGES OF SIGNATURES into record. — Please insert
this statement identified in high case ,to reflect statement as testified by me, into the record.
2. The Petition and my related testimony did NOT include support of: PRESERVING THE HISTORICAL
NUMBER OF FIRE RINGS — Please delete this statement from the record, as it was NOT the position as
stated.
Please provide the City staff, Council and the public record, and copy me, on the corrected testimony
immediately.
