The City Council may limit public comments to a reasonable amount of time, generally either three (a) or five (5)
minutes per person.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach has been scheduled for Saturday, February 5, 2011, at 8:30 a.m. for the
purpose of holding a Special Meeting. The meeting will be held at the City Council Chambers,
3300 Newport Boulevard, Newport Beach, California.
