This letter is to inform you that the property located at 287 Evening Canyon Road, northwest corner of
Seaward Road and Evening Canyon Road is in violation of the City Municipal Code, Chapter 13.08,
Section 13.08.060 (Owners of Premises Required to Trim Branches). Specifically, violations regarding
plant material encroaching the public right -of -way.
The violations that need to be corrected are as follows:
1. Please trim the shrubs east of the driveway back a few feet and trim the shrubs near the corner
and around the tree to be no higher than 30 ". See attached diagram and pictures, issued by the
Public Works Department. Please trim as per the attached specification.
2. Ensure the removal of any residual debris from the trimming.
Please ensure that the violation is corrected by March 29, 2011.
It is the responsibility of the property owner to trim the plant material in compliance with the City
Municipal Code and to maintain it in the requested manner at all times (Attachment).
