We had the following problem at the Morningside
facility at 533 Via Lido Soud:

8 -Nov 14:15 Silver Navigator driven by a woman
(appeared to be Candace but I couldn't
see her full face) parked in front of the
property. She pulled around the
corner with at least one other person
in the car, then sat with the engine
running in front of the garage of 105
Via Orvieto. A young hispanic looking
man with very short hair and jeans
belted below his backside ran out of
533 and jumped in the car. She
proceeded down Via Nice. I attach a
photo of the car at Via Nice and Via
Lido Nord. When I was driving off the
island I saw her drive up Via Barcelona
and pick up more people, then proceed
to drop everyone off at the offices on
Via Lido. Photos attached of the
people exiting the vehicle at the
offices. This is a violation of items 9
and 13 of Exhibit 1 of the zoning
agreement

Antibes (having driven on Via Barcelona to get to the driveway).

15 -Nov 8:22 Silver Navigator license plate 5EW7080 was sitting in front of the Brant
Zawadski garage with the engine running, a female at the wheel. The
man who drives the Oklahoma plated truck was standing outside on his
cell phone. When they saw me take a picture she moved down the street
to a legal parking space. Phot attached (violation of Item 9 of Exhibit 1)

westbound in front on our house. Oklahoma truck guy was standing
outside the vehicle, a young man wearing a baseball hat got out of the
passenger side and went into the house. (violation of Item 9 of Exhibit 1)
