Today's Relationship Agreement Term: Through .June 20, 2014 Reports /Review of City: VNB provides to City annually: Marketing Plan and Budget (budget must be approved by City Council) Report on Previous FY's activities Annual Audit City has ability to conduct audit /compliance review once each year. Today's Relationship Termination: For Cause: Improper Expenditures Failure to Perform BK or other insolvency Without Cause: Either party can terminate after 365 days' notice. Recommendations from Recent Compliancy Review Increase City's role on Executive Committee. r VVB should adopt formal policies on: • Travel and Entertainment, including Int'I Travel • Requests for Proposals, including • Formal process for selecting auditor every 3 years. Affirm that all Board members /staff sign IRS conflict of interest forms. V ,O /City should coordinate discussions about special event marketing. Increases in annual budget include review by City. Include additional City management concerns: Clarify City's compliance review /audit abilities. Clarify City's role in reviewing /approving Marketing Plan and Budget. Set forth insurance minimums.
