dedicate this new public facility to serve the community of Balboa Island and other
areas of Newport Beach; and
WEPT -,U to cefe6rate the dedication of the fire station, the Tire (Department and
the Baf6oa IslandlmproventeutAssociation, the Little Balboa Island0operty Owners
Association, andthe Baf6oa Island Business Association didcreate a speciafday of
celebration including the first ever Balboa IslandtParade; and
`WIIERTAS, to cefe6rate the uniqueness of Balboa Island, the Wayor further decla red
