Action: Provide staff direction on one of the four options to
proceed either with improvements to Castaways park
or postpone development of the park indefinitely.
3. CORONA DEL MAR VISION 2004 PLAN [ORAL
PRESENTATION]. (5:00 P.M.)
PUBLIC COMMENTS (Public comments are invited on non-agenda items generally
considered to be within the subject matter jurisdiction of the
