Sig. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TO PREPARE AN ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT REPORT FOR THE SOUTH COAST SHIPYARD AND DESIGN CENTER
MIXED USE PROJECT. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a
Professional Services Agreement with Hodge & Associate of Monarch Beach for professional
environmental services to prepare an Environmental Impact Report for a not to exceed cost
of 573,060.
