SUBJECT: Tabak Residence, 3431 Ocean Boulevard
Variance No. 2003 -005 a nd Amendment to Modification Permit No.
2002 -049 (PA2003 -180)
APPLICANT NAME: Tom Stewart/Fleetwood Joiner Associates, applicant for
Lawrence and Lana Tabak, property owners
At the adjourned regular meeting of the City Council held on October 21, 2003,
Councilmember Heffernan made a motion to reconsider the Tabak project, which was
considered at the previous meeting held on October 14, 2003. The Council approved
the motion and requested the item be placed on the next agenda. Consideration of the
project must be publicly noticed requiring a public notice to be sent 10 days in advance
of the hearing.
Staff recommends that the Council set the hearing for November 12, 2003, which will
allow sufficient time to properly notice the hearing.
