RECOMMENDATION:
Confirm the appointment of Council Member Rosansky to the following committees as
recommended by the Mayor:

Ad Hoc Committee to Promote the Revitalization of the Balboa Peninsula

BACKGROUND:
Effective September 30, 2003, Council Member Proctor resigned from the City Council.
In addition to the vacancy that his resignation left on Council, his resignation also
created vacancies on various Council /Citizens Ad Hoc Committees and Joint
Governmental Committees. At the Council meeting of October 28, 2003 Mayor
Bromberg requested that staff return with a staff report to confirm the appointment of
newly- appointed Council Member Rosansky to serve on the committees affected by
Council Member Proctor's resignation.
