The following minor changes to an approved site plan may be approved by the Director in compliance with Section 20.54.070 (Changes to an approved project) of the Newport Beach Municipal Code: a) Minor relocation of any proposed structure. b) Deletion of the frontage road, that is proposed to provide egress from the parking area of 1500 East Coast Highway to the signalized intersection of Irvine Terrace and East Coast Highway, provided a minimum landscaped setback of 18 feet is provided.. c) Reduction in the square footage of any structure and a commensurate reduction in required parking, if applicable. d) Reconfiguration of the golf clubhouse parking lot, including drive aisles and /or parking spaces, subject to review and approval of the City Traffic Engineer. f) Reconfiguration of parking lot landscaping. g) Modification of the approved architectural style. h) Any other minor change to the site plan provided it does not increase any structure area, height, number of units, number of hotel rooms, and /or change of use. 2.
