Appeal of Denial of Lot Merger No. LM2011 -002 to Merge
2808 and 2812 Ocean Boulevard (PA2011 -141)
Staff is recommending that the hearing of this item be continued to the May 8, 2012
meeting of the City Council to allow the applicant sufficient time to prepare and
execute a restricted covenant that includes the alternative development standards as
voluntarily proposed by the applicant.
