IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE CONTINUANCE OF THE WOODY'S WHARF CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT AMENDMENT PUBLIC HEARING

The public hearing for the proposed Use Permit amendment for Woody's Wharf scheduled for tonight's
City Council meeting (September 22, 2015) has been continued to the City Council meeting on Tuesday,
October 13, 2015. The reason for the continuance is that not all seven council members will be present
for tonight's meeting. Woody's Wharf is located at 2318 Newport Boulevard.
