Suggestions submitted by Jim Mosher ( iimmosher(awahoo.com ; (949) 548 -6229) Volume 60 - Page 567 (under RE -USE OF THE CURRENT CITY HALL SITE) o "Council Member Henn r-eeused stated that he has a business relationship with a business in Via Lido Plaza, and although he does not believe this is a contrae conflict, lie is recusing himself to avoid the appearance or the potential for a conflict." Volume 60 - Page 569 (fourth paragraph) e `...commented on the difference between an RFQ and an a Request for Proposals (RFP), ...." (underlll. PUBLIC COMMENTS) C "City Manager Kiff repenimended tha asked Council for a recommendation at the Regular Meeting as to whether the issue should be placed on a future agenda ."
