COUNCIL BUDGET REVIEW PROCEDURE
Council study sessions of budget review shall be recorded. All proposed
Council changes in the City Manager's budget shall be added to a budget
check list. Subsequent to Council review and prior to its final
adoption, the City Manager shall provide each Councilman with an
itemized list of all proposed changes to permit a roll call vote by the
City Council on each item during the budget hearing at the regular
Council meeting.
