WATER RATES
A. The water rate structure shall

B. A minimum ope ating reserve (unappropriated surplus) of $1,000,000
shall be ma tained in the Water Fund.
C. The mar gi al rate (large quantity rate) shall be set at the actual
cost of urnishing the water plus twenty -five percent (25 %).
D. Water /rates shall be reviewed every two years. Additional review of
the to structures may be performed in the event of special circum-
sta ces such as unanticipated MWD rate increases or unanticipated
ma or capital expenditure needs.
