LIMITED -TIME PARKING METER ZONE
It is the policy of the Council to consider the establishment of a limited -
time parking meter zone in a commercial area upon receipt of a petition
signed by 50% of the businessmen in the area. If it is determined that
the request is appropriate, Council shall adopt a resolution establishing
time limits in the parking meter zone.
Upon Council adoption of the resolution, the designated parking meter zone
will be posted to limit parking to the period of time designated in the
resolution.
