LIBRARY SERVICE POLICY
The Newport Beach Public Library is a service - oriented system of libraries
striving to meet the informational and cultural needs of the diverse
audiences within the community.
Because Newport Beach is divided geographically by waterways, the Newport
Beach Public Library is committed to Branch Libraries to complement and
support Library service by the Central Library.
